BRAM wanted a time-saving staff system; reduce errors and simplify the day to day
building management tasks across all their residential properties. With a fast growing portfolio, new
staff and potentially high turn and churn of concierge staff, the system needed to be intuitive,
consistent and reliable. Support was also a key issue for training purposes and maintaining regular contact with
Building Manager.

Locale developed a process first that fitted BRAMs requirements and then the portal portfolio that
provides a library of building management tools required and utilised by BRAM staff ‐ variances in
buildings are accounted for with the ability to add/remove certain modules whilst following the
same principles of branding, consistent navigation and 100% reliability and support from Locale’s
Customer Support Team.

BRAM continue their portfolio roll out with Locale’s portals at the heart of their management
processes and client satisfaction and support. Locale has a long term agreement in place and works
with all areas of the BRAM teams continuing to develop and improve all aspects of the service from
training, support, new modules all the time working towards customer satisfaction and time
efficiencies.
