The Challenge

To provide new residents of Verdo Key Bridge with a centralised communication service where all building information could be hosted and accessed with ease. We also needed to give the development a way to maximise the use of its vast array of amenities while providing a high level of service.

 

The Solution

We introduced our platform and app to give residents an accessible way to engage with their fellow occupiers and building team. We also implemented our amenity bookings module to give the building team an effective way to manage requests and for residents to easily view availability to use. 

The Success

By taking the time to understand the needs of the management team and residents, we were able to implement an effective engagement strategy that not only improved the resident experience of the building but also streamlined the everyday operations. With centralised information being hosted on a single Locale platform and app, maximising amenity space is now an easier, less laborious task to manage.
