Locale, UK’s leading occupier experience platform, has made the cut yet again for BusinessCloud’s *PropTech 50* ranking 2023 for being an innovative, established technology firm in the property sector.

Following a 500-strong reader vote, 114 companies were reviewed by an independent judging panel featuring leaders from:

- Sammy Pahal, Managing director, UK PropTech Association
- Melanie Leech CBE, Chief executive, British Property Federation
- Jane Sartin, Executive director, Flexible Space Association

- Jonathan Symcox, Editor, BusinessCloud

Guy Windsor-Lewis, CEO and founder of Locale, said: “Ranking in BusinessCloud’s *PropTech 50 *for yet another year just goes to show that our unwavering commitment to occupier experience is creating great waves in the industry. It is a testament to our proven solution which has remained at the cutting edge for 18 years.”
