The unveiling of Locale’s Q2 Product Roadmap

Keeping it agile
The challenges presented by COVID-19 led to real estate adopting a ‘digital-by-default’ approach. With the release of our latest Product Roadmap, we give customers visibility of our progress and direction, allowing senior decision-makers to remain agile in their strategy for digital property management and engagement as the environment and purpose of real estate continue to evolve at a rapid pace.

Pieces of a larger puzzle
The product roadmap demonstrates our vision to deliver new services that are geared toward delivering an exceptional customer experience through technology, underpinned by the capture of powerful data and analytics.

Our upcoming Polls module can be used to elicit responses on anything from customer satisfaction to feedback on community events, captured across multiple channels with centralised, real-time analytics.

Equally important to launching new services is our commitment to innovating and enhancing our existing features, keeping the overall offering at Locale cutting edge for our end-users. The new Locale Bookings module will be coming to both the portal and app, and will be incorporating payments, enabling our customers to unlock new revenue streams.
