Application support management |
· Application Support: Own the application support process, including issue triage, replication, internal/external comms, prioritisation, scheduling, and release management · Participate in team scrum meetings, engaging proactively to champion AS considerations |

· Assisting with release management, producing documentation and training materials, and running internal release and training sessions · Supporting the Product Owner in piloting upcoming releases with external stakeholders |
