Whether you're a recent graduate looking to start your career or you already have experience in a customer-facing role, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in Customer Success within a growing SaaS business.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Success team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and helping people succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

About Locale

Locale is a UK-based SaaS company that helps property owners, asset managers and building operators create better experiences within the buildings and communities they manage.

Since 2005, we've been developing technology that connects occupiers, building managers, contractors and landlords through a single platform, helping to streamline operations, improve communication and strengthen engagement.

Today, our platform supports more than 1,000 buildings across the UK. We work with some of the property industry's most recognised organisations and continue to invest in innovative solutions that help our customers get more value from their buildings.

As an established and profitable business, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth. As our customer base continues to expand, we're investing in our Customer Success team to ensure every customer receives exceptional support, achieves value from our platform and remains engaged throughout their journey with us.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with customers throughout their journey with Locale. You'll help them adopt our platform, engage with new features, maximise value from their investment and build long-term relationships with our business.

This is a varied role that combines customer relationship management, training, account management, customer engagement and data analysis. You'll become a trusted point of contact for your customers, helping them achieve their objectives whilst identifying opportunities to further support their success and drive account expansion.

Full training will be provided, and we'll support you in developing your customer success, account management and product knowledge as your career progresses.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • A customer-focused mindset
    • Confidence learning new technology and software
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities
    • A genuine desire to learn and develop

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Client Services, Hospitality, Retail, Property or another customer-facing role would be beneficial, but is not essential.

What You'll Get

    • Starting from £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
    • Hybrid working
