  • Clear and concise duty handover notes
  • Streamlined helpdesk for managing maintenance tickets
  • Digitised disclaimers, forms and digital signatures for operating its cinema
  • Organised terms and conditions for the use of the spa

 

In addition, to create a modern, interactive portal and app for residents to use, we also included:

  • Community groups for residents to join
  • Easy announcements with important building updates sent via push notifications
  • Local offers and promotions in the neighbouring area
  • Content pages for extra info, such as building staff bios and rules and regulations
