London Dock needed a single, centralised platform that could handle essential management processes and give its residents an easy way to engage with both the building and local community.

After meeting with the building team and discussing their range of priority areas, we created a custom portal that consisted of:
- Bookable fire door inspections for residents
- Organised loading bay and ping pong table bookings
- Efficient key management
- Fast parcel and delivery processing
- Clear and concise duty handover notes
- Streamlined helpdesk for managing maintenance tickets
- Digitised disclaimers, forms and digital signatures for operating its cinema
- Organised terms and conditions for the use of the spa
In addition, to create a modern, interactive portal and app for residents to use, we also included:
- Community groups for residents to join
- Easy announcements with important building updates sent via push notifications
- Local offers and promotions in the neighbouring area
- Content pages for extra info, such as building staff bios and rules and regulations
