We successfully replaced paper-based processes with the Locale platform and app, improving the building’s sustainability efforts and reducing human error across all building management tasks.
Plus, we effectively increased the level of direct resident communication by enabling a centralised platform for the team to create, schedule and send push notifications to residents on everything from parcels ready for collection to live building news.
