1 Challenge

The Filaments is a luxury, modern residential development with the Wandle waterway running through this new property development. To match this premium experience from a building management point of view, The Filaments’ team needed a way to improve direct resident communication and use a modern, tech-first approach to achieve this.

2 Solution

We led a consultation and feedback session to create a digital solution that would set a premium resident experience on the surface and create a well-oiled management process behind the scenes. We custom-created a solution made of:

  • Effective staff duty handover
  • Easier key management
  • Faster parcel and delivery management
  • Regular resident announcements

3 Success

We successfully replaced paper-based processes with the Locale platform and app, improving the building’s sustainability efforts and reducing human error across all building management tasks.

Plus, we effectively increased the level of direct resident communication by enabling a centralised platform for the team to create, schedule and send push notifications to residents on everything from parcels ready for collection to live building news.
