At Locale we pride ourselves on being able to supply renowned customer service for our clients. In order to provide this service we use a cloud-based customer service platform known as Zendesk.

We have a dedicated client services department who monitor each portal after they are taken live. Our Oxford-based support team are on hand between the hours of 9am to 5:30pm each week day to assist with queries you may have.
