As part of the building’s new refurbishment, the team wanted to have a smart, unified portal that would match the new modern and updates aesthetic of 14 St. George Street. With all occupier and visitor touchpoints under consideration, the team needed a system that would cover the entire journey from start to finish.

Locale has been working closely with the building team to create a bespoke platform that ensures an efficient method of operation, as well as a seamless tenant experience. This system comprises of:
Visitor Manager System, to ensure all visitors get the right information in a timely manner and enjoy their building experience
Helpdesk, for the building team to address report in a timely manner while creating a reliable audit trail
Forms, to cut down admin tasks and ensure information is passed to the correct parties efficiently
Key management, to securely monitoring and issuing passes with confidence
Announcements, keeping teams and tenants alike in the loop of important building updates
Offers and promotions, encouraging tenants to make the most of the benefits available to them in and around their building
To encourage successful adoption of the platform and app, our team have also arranged for an on-site launch event which includes a branded stand, information leaflets and a prize hamper to encourage a high number of registrations.
