1 Challenge

The Cursitor Building first approached Locale to discover a new way to centralise its operations in order to optimise their processes and tech stack. Plus, the team were interested in ways they could improve how their maintenance tickets could be managed in a more efficient way.

2 Solution

We consulted with The Cursitor Building to work out their main pain points and devise a custom platform that would address these problem areas and offer effective solutions. In their platform, we built:

  • Document storage, for presenting information in a more accessible format
  • Key management, for a more secure method of managing building access
  • Visitor management system, to create an effortless visitor building experience
  • Forms, to gather information in a standardise way and reduce email requests
  • Groups, to build a stronger sense of activity and community amongst occupiers
  • Offers & promotions, to remind occupiers of building benefits and local offers

Essentially, Locale also supercharged the team’s Helpdesk by integrating with Vantify, one of the UK’s leading specialists in compliance and risk management. With Vantify’s 24/7 service desk and industry-leading CAFM system, requests could be accurately tracked across multiple parties. Combined with Locale’s front-end interface, the building team could consistently manage communication between staff and also the occupiers impacted by a ticket raised.
