Locale has been named as one of UK’s most innovative property technology creators in BusinessCloud’s PropTech 50 ranking for 2022.

The final ranking was decided by a combination of selections from an independent judging panel (see below) and a public vote on the 117-strong shortlist which attracted more than 800 votes. The judging panel comprised:
- Sammy Pahal, managing director, UK PropTech Association
- Paul Unger, editor, PlaceTech
- Maria Wiedner, CEO, Real Estate Women and Cambridge Finance
- Jonathan Symcox, editor, BusinessCloud
Guy Windsor-Lewis, Chief Executive and founder of the Locale, commented: “We are proud to consistently rank highly in Business Cloud’s PropTech 50.
