In the first stage of judging, all entries are reviewed independently against a set criteria and scores are collated. Highest-scoring submissions go through to stage two where judges complete an in-depth review to choose their finalists. Guy Windsor-Lewis, CEO and founder of Locale, said: “I am very pleased that Locale has been shortlisted for the prestigious RESI Awards. With our portfolio growing the fastest in the residential sector in 2023, being a finalist is testament the work by the entire team.
