The Challenge

Provide Great Western Quarter and the surrounding area with a innovative occupier engagement strategy and improve communication between the front-of-house team and occupiers.


The Solution

We worked closely with Great Western Quarter to understand its pressure points and set objectives to measure performance. We then implemented several of Locale's solutions, including announcements, parcels and deliveries and key management. 


The Success

Front-of-house teams increased their level of communication internally and with occupiers regarding anything from planned maintenance work or parking bays to rent. The team also benefit from having a more organised process for parcels to keep their post rooms clear, and have gained more visibility on who is entering the building, increasing security.
