1 Challenge

The Grosvenor Waterside team were looking for a system that could do the heavy lifting of day to day operations so they could focus on delivering an excellent service for their residents. They were also in need of a way to generate extra revenue with bookable amenities.

2 Solution

After a consultation with Locale, we created a custom platform which included:

  • Parcel and deliveries. This has already processed over 66,000 parcels to date
  • Document storage, for accessible information on fire safety and building insurance
  • Digital forms, for residents to register pet consent and bike registrations with ease
  • Announcements, keeping residents up to date on everyday updates
  • Bookings and payments. We integrated with Stripe to enable secure transactions and a reliable way to generate extra revenue for the building
  • Community engagement events. We arranged a summer BBQ with 250 residents enjoying entertainment for all ages, including a magician, giant chess, a vintage ice cream truck and more

Recently, the building team upgraded their portal and app with custom branding to build and enhance a new, modern building identity that stands out in a busy competitive landscape.
