To match the modern aesthetic of the Royal Exchange building and site, the team needed a unified platform that could streamline their processes and create long-lasting efficiencies for the best resident experience.

- Amenity bookings, optimising time to arrange more activities, such as gym inductions.
- Parcel and deliveries, keeping occupiers posted on their parcels
