### 1 Challenge

To match the modern aesthetic of the Royal Exchange building and site, the team needed a unified platform that could streamline their processes and create long-lasting efficiencies for the best resident experience.

### 2 Solution

We introduced a series of modules to help the team streamline its building operations:

- Key management module, saving three hours per day by digitising information
- Amenity bookings, optimising time to arrange more activities, such as gym inductions.
- Parcel and deliveries, keeping occupiers posted on their parcels
- Helpdesk, tracking and maintaining important building tickets
