The Challenge

Launch the redevelopment of the arches while maintaining its position on the London map and ensure that the authenticity and credibility were not lost.

The Solution

Since taking over the role in 2016, we have rebranded and relaunched the LSA website and used social media to showcase the art and artists that make Leake Street so unique to community members and new visitors.

We made a programme of events that included music festivals, graffiti workshops, an Artist in Residence competition, paint jams, Christmas markets and more. This was all designed to create a sense of exciting, ongoing activity and creativity at Leake Street Arches.

The Success

We have increased incoming website traffic and social media activity exponentially, and increasing awareness, footfall and dwell time to Leake Street Arches.

We’ve managed the delivery of high profile events, including the Red Bull Road.Gap Competition, the launch of Chase and Status’ new album, visits for filming from Dancing on Ice and Strictly Come Dancing as well as featuring in TimeOut for the launch of the Arches and our annual Miracle on Leake Street Christmas event.
Our Artist in Residence has appeared on Katie Piper’s Breakfast Show and BBC London News and over 1,200 public workshop tickets were bought in the first year of the residency.
