Before it was open for tenant occupancy, The Fairfax team required Locale’s support to create a modern, interactive experience for its future tenants. It also needed an effective system to manage everyday operation that was smooth, time-smart and efficient.

Since 2023, Locale and The Fairfax have been in continuous consultation to not only deliver an effective platform, but ensure tenant engagement is high. Our platform and app consists of:
Visitor management system, acting as a secure and reliable way to check all guest activity
Helpdesk, for quickly sorting any maintenance issues and generating an accurate audit trail
Announcements, for effective tenant communication on all building activity
Polls, for gathering tenant feedback to inform upcoming building decisions
Bookings, maximising onsite amenities such as the gym and juice bar
Offers and promotions, engaging with local Bristol businesses and giving tenants extra perks for being part of this commercial building
Digital content streaming, including eye-catching displays of important building information
In February 2026, the Locale team also put on a fully branded launch event in tandem with The Fairfax team and included a beautiful Fortnum & Mason prize hamper for app registrations. In a single afternoon, the event generated over 140 app sign ups
