Locale shortlisted at Property Awards 2025 for social impact
Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, has been shortlisted in Property Week’s Property Awards for the category of Social Impact.
The annual Property Awards recognises and celebrates success throughout the commercial real estate sector, an area which Locale has operated in for 20 years. The awards bring together industry leaders, including developers, entrepreneurs, investors, financiers and agencies.
Locale has been nominated as a finalist for the category of Social Impact, a breakthrough issue of the past few years. The category highlights groundbreaking social impact projects and initiatives that have had a real and measurable positive impact on the community in the past year.
Locale has been pioneering a digital-first approach to destination marketing, placemaking and creating social impact as part of its mission to foster vibrant, connected communities. This includes digitising community-growing activations within its platform to simplify the process of scaling events at pace. It has also married its technology with its experiential offering and helped Urban Partners deliver valuable work experience opportunities to the young residents within the King’s Cross, Euston and St Pancras areas. Locale also helped launch its first Urban Partners Women’s Network to encourage more connection across multiple industries where working women can share best practice, expertise and learn from people from all backgrounds.
Guy Windsor-Lewis, founder and CEO of Locale, commented: “The whole team at Locale is thrilled to have been made a finalist for the inspiring Property Awards. Human and community connection is so valuable, and we have been working hard to use our technology to amplify more opportunities for people to connect with each other. This is why I am so pleased to see our efforts being highlighted and we very much look forward to the results on the big night.”
