Locale has been shortlisted twice in Property Week’s Tech Innovation Awards for the categories of Best Property Management Solution Residential and Commercial.
Property Week’s inaugural Tech Innovation Awards celebrates the biggest ground-breaking solutions and transformative technologies that shape the UK property industry. These special awards recognise and celebrate organisations, projects and individuals driving innovation and progress.
Locale has been nominated as a finalist for both the commercial and residential categories for Best Property Management Solution, demonstrating its flexibility across two of real estate’s biggest areas. This category highlights tech that has enhanced property operations and tenant services through integrated platforms used by landlords, agents or building teams to streamline everyday management. This includes solutions that cover maintenance, compliance and tenant communication.
