The Challenge

One America Square is a 14-storey city office building that boasts 230,000 sq ft. Across its vast amount of space, it needed a way to renew its confidence in the way it could communicate with its occupiers. Direct occupier communication needed to be timely, relevant and eye-catching.

The Solution

We worked with the One America Square team to introduce bespoke content streaming so it could showcase building news, national and hyperlocal offers and promotions via its on-site elevator screen, a place with a high level of foot traffic.

The Success

One America Square has decided year-after-year to continue working with Locale to enhance and improve its occupier engagement.

With tailored occupier-facing content created by our in-house design team, this has helped enliven the space and complement the sense of community.
