The Arkwright team were looking for a modern, digital-first way they could promote their healthy living ethos across their building and occupants. With a range of activities taking place, from yoga to sound baths, the team needed an effective way to boost engagement and focus their time on customer satisfaction, and less on admin.

Since 2024, Locale has been working the Arkwright team to adapt its platform to work for their everyday operations. Currently, the Locale platform consists of:

  • Visitor management system, handling nearly 700 visitors every three months
  • Document storage, seeing over 120 downloads in three months
  • Amenity bookings, managing 35 wellness classes across three months
  • Parcels and deliveries, for faster processing
  • Helpdesk, for effective maintenance ticket management
  • Announcements, boosting the level of communication across the site, team and occupants.
