1 Challenge

The commercial team at XYZ needed to find a system that could reliably handle its vast number of daily operational activities in a way that would save time and reduce admin. The team also wanted to create a seamless experience for their many visitors so improve customer satisfaction.

2 Solution

The Locale team consulted with XYZ staff on their biggest challenges and explored effective ways that would tackle these everyday problems. We then developed a single, centralised platform comprised of:

  • Announcements, for faster and more effective communication to tenants
  • Calendar, for more organised acitivties to boost engagement
  • Document management, for more accessible building information
  • Helpdesk, to more accurately monitor maintenance tickets and progress
  • Offers and promotions, to engage with local businesses and offer more benefits to tenants
  • Visitor Management System, to securely track all visitors and have more accurate reporting of visitor activity
  • Custom app, for a unified look and feel for all users

We have not only delivered this platform but are also in discussions on how to boost adoption and improve tenant engagement for better long-term impact.
