We created a platform specifically to deliver operational efficiencies for the Upton Gardens team which tackled the most frequently requested tasks to help the team and regularly reviewed their progress to ensure the Locale platform was being optimised. The modules we implemented included:
- Parcels and deliveries module, saving the concierge team four hours a day
- Our announcements modules, used five times a week and saving 30 minutes a day
With these modules in place, residents could be more informed of their belongings and plan their everyday activities with more informed decisions.
